Some heat treatment experiments may require an oven with one or more temperature gradients or a longer恒温 zone, such as for CVD coating tests. This triple-zone tube furnace allows for independent parameter settings for each zone, enabling different temperature values in various zones. By setting all three zones to the same temperature point, it can be used as an extended single-zone oven, commonly employed by LED phosphor manufacturers for production purposes.
