Cabinet Power Distribution Unit (PDU)

Basic PDU is widely used in electrical equipment distribution for various standard and non-standard cabinets, providing a safe and reliable power solution for rack-mounted equipment. SanTan Basic PDU offers a range of power input and output options, from AC to DC, single-phase to three-phase, 10A to 63A, fully customizable to user needs.

Safe and reliable materials

• The module shell is made of PC/ABS composite engineering plastic, containing an oxygen-free factor. The flame-retardant grade reaches UL94-V0 standard, offering excellent flame resistance and prominent fireproof characteristics. It also boasts high wear resistance, impact resistance, moisture resistance, and high insulation properties, effectively preventing electric shock hazards during use.

• The spring blades are made of phosphor bronze, offering excellent conductivity, elasticity, wear resistance, anti-magnetic properties, and corrosion resistance; the blades are formed through a whole stamping process with fine machining, ensuring a single-pole insertion and extraction life of over 5,000 cycles, guaranteeing high-reliability electrical conduction.

Other critical components are certified with strict safety standards such as UL, CE, and 3C, ensuring high reliability.

Optimized structural design

The housing is made of lightweight aluminum alloy material, offering advantages such as low weight, excellent heat dissipation, and high strength; internally, high-performance insulating material is used to isolate the live parts from the housing, in conjunction with grounding equipment, ensuring the equipment is safe and reliable.

• Connections between socket modules and various functional modules are made using terminal and bus connections. A single point failure does not affect the connection at other points, ensuring a safe and reliable connection.

• Optimized internal structure design with ample space for heat dissipation; under full load operation for one hour, the temperature rise is only 13-28℃, significantly lower than the national standard of 45℃.

Convenient and flexible installation

• Standard with 90°earhooks, the PDU can be securely mounted in a 19-inch standard rack with just 2 to 4 screws.

• Some products can be installed horizontally or vertically without occupying the cabinet's effective space.
