Welding Technique
The entire rod should be free of any cracks, weld leaks, continuous blow holes, undercutting, etc., with smooth and even weld seams, no unevenness, and no welding defects. A welding flaw detection report must be provided.
2. Appliance Door
a. The electrical door is cut using plasma cutting.
b. The electrical door and housing are seamlessly integrated, with no welded projection at the door opening, ensuring high structural strength.
c. Features reasonable operating space; includes electrical installation accessories within the door.
d. The gap between the door and rod should not exceed 1mm, with good waterproof performance.
e. Equipped with a specialized fastening system and excellent anti-theft features; the fixing bolts require a non-standard tool for access.
f. Electrical doors should have high interchangeability, with adequate operating space inside, and provide 3% of electrical door accessories.
g. A securely welded M8×30 bolt is visible in the lower left corner of the light pole's working door, which is heat-dipped galvanized along with the pole, used for connecting the cable's PE wire.
3. Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
The inner and outer surfaces should be treated with hot-dip acid to prevent corrosion, with a thickness of ≥75μm meeting the GB/T 13912-92 standard. The design lifespan should be no less than 30 years. The galvanized surface should be smooth and aesthetically pleasing, with a consistent color. After hammering tests, it should not peel or flake off. A galvanized testing report is provided.
4. Powder Coating Process
Outdoor high-purity polyester powder should be used for electrostatic powder coating, with the color being white (subject to customer requirements). The plastic layer maintains stable quality, resists fading and peeling. It has strong adhesion, withstands intense sunlight and UV radiation, making it suitable for cities along lakes and key saline areas. The design lifespan exceeds 30 years, with a thickness of ≥80um, meeting the ASTM D3359-83 standard. A powder coating inspection report is provided. The requirements for powder coating protection include a film thickness of no less than 40um, strong adhesion, no flaking, and no peeling. The surface is flat and smooth with a consistent color.
5. Design Capabilities
a. Provide a load calculation manual for the pole according to the design drawing of the pole shape, as per the wind speed tolerance.
b. The shaped square steel used for the rod body must meet the corresponding Chinese standards in terms of strength and surface structure.
Seal the lamp post to prevent moisture from entering.
6. Verticality Inspection
After the lamp post is erected by the street light manufacturer, a theodolite is used to check the verticality between the lamp post and the horizontal, which should be less than or equal to 0.2%.
7. Appearance of the Rod Body
The design and dimensions meet requirements, with an overall elegant and generous appearance. The rod surface is smooth and consistent, with even coloration. The galvanized layer is smooth and flat, and the spray paint layer has strong adhesion without peeling off.
All fixed bolts, nuts, etc., are made of stainless steel (except anchor bolts and nuts).
9. The cable passage inside the lamp post is unobstructed, easy to thread cables through, and free of sharp edges, burrs, teeth, or similar conditions to prevent damage to the cable.
10. Poles meet lightning protection and grounding requirements; environmental temperature: -15 to 50 degrees Celsius; wind speed: 60 m/s; earthquake resistance: 8 grades; corrosion resistance: 30 years.

Monitors poles, also known as camera light poles, are typically available in Y, T, and R shapes. Specific specifications can be customized according to customer requirements. Signal poles are commonly made from high-quality steel plates, shaped into an octagon or hexagon by a large bending machine, or assembled and welded from rectangular tubes. The surface is treated with hot-dipped galvanizing for corrosion resistance and then coated with plastic, making them suitable for urban roads, expressways, elevated bridge intersections, or T-junctions.
1. Basic Structure: Traffic signal posts and sign posts should be composed of upright posts, connecting flanges, shaped support arms, mounting flanges, and pre-buried steel structures.
2. The upright or transverse support arm is made of straight seam steel pipe or seamless steel pipe; the connection end of the upright with the transverse arm uses steel pipe identical to the transverse arm, with a reinforced plate for welding protection; the upright is connected to the foundation with a flange and pre-b埋 bolts, with a reinforced plate for welding protection; the connection method between the transverse support arm and the upright end uses a flange connection, with a reinforced plate for welding protection.
