Technical Description:
Welding Process
The entire rod should be free of any cracks, incomplete welds, continuous pores, edge burns, etc., with smooth and even welds, no unevenness or bulges, and no welding defects. A welding flaw detection report must be provided.
2. Electrical Door
Electric door is cut with plasma cutting.
b. The electrical door and lamp body are seamlessly integrated, without welding a projection at the door opening, ensuring high structural strength.
c. Features reasonable operating space, with electrical installation accessories inside the door.
d. The gap between the door and the rod should not exceed 1 millimeter, and it should have excellent waterproof performance.
e. Equipped with a specialized fastening system and excellent anti-theft features; the fixing bolts are secured with non-standard tools.
f. Electric doors should have high interchangeability, with reasonable operating space inside, and provide 3% of electric door accessories
g. A securely welded M8x30 bolt is visible in the lower left corner inside the light pole work door, which is hot-dipped galvanized along with the light pole, used for connecting the cable's PE wire.
3. Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
The product should be treated with hot-dip galvanizing on both inner and outer surfaces, with a thickness of ≥75um in compliance with GB/T13912-92 standard. The design service life should not be less than 30 years. The galvanized surface should be smooth and aesthetically pleasing, with a consistent color. After hammering test, it should not peel or flake off. A zinc coating inspection report is provided.
4. Powder Coating Process
Outdoor high-purity polyester powder coating should be used, with the color being white (subject to customer requirements). The plastic layer maintains stable quality, resists fading and peeling. It has strong adhesion, is resistant to intense sunlight and UV radiation, suitable for cities along lakes and key saline areas. The design lifespan exceeds 30 years, with a thickness of ≥80um, meeting the ASTM D3359-83 standard. A powder coating inspection report is provided. Protective requirements for powder coating: film thickness not less than 40um, strong adhesion, no flaking or peeling. The surface is flat and smooth with consistent color.
5. Design Capabilities
a. Provide a load calculation report for the pole body, based on the design drawing of the lamp post, as per the wind speed tolerance requirements.
b. The extruded square steel used for the rod body must meet the corresponding Chinese standards for strength and surface structure.
Seal the lamp post to prevent moisture from entering.
6. Verticality inspection
After the lamp post is erected by the street light manufacturer, a theodolite is used to inspect the verticality between the lamp post and the horizontal, which should be less than or equal to 0.2%.
7. Rod appearance
The design and dimensions meet the requirements, with an overall elegant and generous appearance. The rod surface is smooth and consistent, with even coloration. The galvanized layer is smooth and flat, and the spray paint layer has strong adhesion without peeling off.
All fixed bolts and nuts, etc., are made of stainless steel (except for anchor bolts and nuts).
9. The internal cable passage of the pole is unobstructed, easy to thread cables through, and free of sharp edges, burrs, teeth, or similar features to prevent damage to the cable.
10. Poles meet lightning protection and grounding requirements, 2 Environmental temperature: -15 to 50 degrees Celsius; wind speed: 60 m/s; earthquake resistance: 8 grades; corrosion resistance: 30 years.
Product Categories and Application Scope:
Monitored poles, also known as camera light poles, are typically categorized into Y, T, and R types. Specific specifications can be customized according to customer requirements. Signal poles are commonly made from high-quality steel plates, processed into an octagonal or hexagonal shape on large bending machines, or assembled and welded from rectangular tubes. The surface is treated with hot-dipped galvanizing for corrosion resistance and then coated with plastic. They are suitable for urban roads, expressways, overpass intersections, or T-intersections.
1. Basic Structure: Traffic signal posts and sign posts should be composed of upright posts, connecting flanges, shaped support arms, mounting flanges, and pre-buried steel structures.
2. The upright or cross arm is made of straight seam steel pipe or seamless steel pipe; the connection end of the upright with the cross arm uses the same steel pipe as the cross arm, with a reinforced plate for welding protection; the upright is connected to the foundation with a flange and pre-buried bolts, with a reinforced plate for welding protection; the connection method between the cross arm and the upright end uses a flange connection, with a reinforced plate for welding protection.
3. All welds on the upright and its main components shall meet standard requirements, with a smooth and even surface, ensuring flat, smooth, strong, and reliable welding without any defects such as air pockets, slag, cold joints, or incomplete welds.
4. The uprights and their main components are equipped with lightning protection. The non-electric metal parts of the lighting form an integral unit, connected to the grounding wire via grounding bolts on the housing.
5. The upright posts and their main components should be equipped with a reliable grounding device, with the grounding resistance not to exceed 10 ohms.
