Sanyuan Cathode Material Pilot Line:The streamlined process primarily includes salt, alkali, and ammonia mixing, crystallization reaction, constant temperature aging, and washing and drying stages.

The liquid nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate from the previous process, and newly purchased crystalline manganese sulfate are first accurately weighed using an automatic scale. Pure water is then added to the salt pot to prepare a solution of a specific proportion of sulfate salts (the salt pot requires a heating element for heating).60℃), while adding pieces of caustic soda and pure water in the alkali pot to form a certain concentration (32%Sodium hydroxide solutions are pumped through precision filters and then transferred into respective storage tanks for use. Sulfate solutions and alkaline water solutions, along with externally purchased or recycled ammonia water from water treatment, are stored in two separate tanks. After passing through an iron removal pipeline, the three solutions are separately pumped into their respective balance tanks. The salt and alkali balance tanks require heating elements for temperature maintenance.40℃The aforementioned three materials are pumped into the titanium reactor using a metering pump, with adjustments made to the reactor's flow rate and stirrer speed.pHAutomatic Control &PLCThe temperature is controlled, and nitrogen is introduced to uniformly complex and precipitate the nickel cobalt manganese matrix as hydroxide. Subsequently, it enters the aging kettle for保温 aging (using electric heating wires).60℃Chen Hua4-8(N/A), after aging, the material is pumped into the washing machine using a转子 pump. During the washing process, hot water is used to wash out sodium ions, alkaline water is introduced to remove sulfate roots, and compressed air is used to dry and achieve solid-liquid separation. Then, the material is transferred to the pulping kettle, where it is pulped with hot pure water. After pulping is complete, the mixture is pumped into a centrifuge to control the moisture content of the nickel cobalt manganese hydroxide matrix.10%Next, the material is transferred to the drum dryer. After drying, it is conveyed to the blender via a vacuum feeding machine. It is then screened and de-ironed, removing不合格 sieve material and magnetic impurities, improving dispersibility, and yielding a qualified precursor of ternary cathode materials (nickel cobalt manganese hydroxide). The mother liquor and wash water are collected in storage tanks and pumped to an ammonia evaporation tower for treatment. The ammonia water recovered during the ammonia evaporation process is returned to the ammonia water storage tank for reuse, while the ammonia-free wastewater is sent to the wastewater treatment station. Some distilled water can be reused by entering the pure water storage tank.
