Overview

The non-disassemblable horizontal spiral plate heat exchanger is designed according to the form of the non-disassemblable spiral plate heat exchanger specified in the machinery department standard JB/TQ724-89, with basic parameters and dimensions. It boasts advantages such as simple manufacturing, low cost, compact size, and good heat transfer performance. However, it also has its drawbacks, such as being unable to be mechanically cleaned and difficult to repair when damaged. The selector should choose the specific equipment based on the actual situation of the project.

       The I-type non-detachable horizontal spiral plate heat exchanger features a sealed end face with welding, thus offering high sealing integrity.
