Specific tasks involve noise reduction treatments for noise sources such as industrial equipment, transportation facilities, and construction sites, such as installing mufflers and soundproofing enclosures; soundproofing and absorbent designs for noise transmission paths, such as setting up sound barriers and noise-blocking walls; and protective measures in noise-sensitive areas like residential areas and schools, such as installing soundproof windows and planting soundproof green belts. Additionally, it also covers noise monitoring and evaluation, as well as the formulation and implementation of noise standards.
