Non-flammable mortar (non-flammable fine-grained concrete) contains non-flammable aggregates such as dolomite and limestone. It is a functional concrete that withstands impact without sparking. When metal or hard stones come into contact with this type of concrete through friction or impact, there is no red-hot spark or flame. This makes it less likely for flammable materials to cause fire and explosion hazards, and it is commonly used in buildings where fire is strictly prohibited or fire prevention is required, such as oil depots and chemical factories.

IV. Construction Process

Construction Method

Tools: Mixers, Trowels, Polishing Machines

(1) Broadcasting Construction

Apply directly or spread, sprinkle a layer on the surface of the freshly set concrete, and sand it multiple times. To ensure the effect, it is recommended to use 6 to 10 kg/sq. m per square meter.

(II) Casting or Plastering Construction

(1) Base: Required to be rough, cleaned thoroughly, and moistened with water without any standing water.

(2) Mixing: Add water according to 12.5% of the material weight, mixed to the consistency of 20kg/㎡/cm, and apply according to the construction thickness. It is recommended not to exceed 2 cm per application.

(3) Polishing: Perform polishing and buffing as required, with multiple stages from coarse to fine.

(4) Maintenance: After the material starts to set, watering or film covering maintenance can be conducted, with a maintenance period of 3-7 days.

Section 5: Packaging and Storage

Packaged in composite kraft paper bags, 25kg per bag, with a shelf life of 6 months.

Store in a dry, well-ventilated room, keep packaging bags sealed, and be mindful of moisture and frost protection.
