During the coiling process, there must be no one near the telescopic arm and reel to prevent any accidental incidents.
2. Due to the roller being crooked or off-center, it can overburden the roller door machine, leading to potential damage to the main unit.
3. Operation of the reverse switch should be on the greenhouse side wall, observe the forward and reverse rotation, and place the thermal insulation cover while observing. Strictly prohibited from operating in front of the greenhouse to prevent accidents caused by uncontrolled roller shutters resulting in personal injury or death.
4. When the thermal blanket (curtain) is rolled up to 30 cm from the greenhouse ceiling, promptly turn off the reverse and forward switch. Avoid leaving the person unattended during the rolling process to prevent the roller blind and thermal blanket (curtain) from falling off the ceiling and rolling backward, which may cause damage and result in losses.
5. During the coiling process, monitor the roller door machine's operation at all times. If any abnormal sounds or phenomena occur, promptly turn off the reverse and forward switch, stop the machine for inspection and troubleshooting, to prevent the machine from operating with faults.
6. Electric Roll Shutter Machine - Set the main power switch and reverse switch. After operation, disconnect the main power to prevent abnormal changes or malfunctions in the reverse switch from causing abnormal operation, leading to machine failure and personal injury.
7. Absolutely no manual unrolling of roller shutters during power outages without first disconnecting the power source. Always cut the main power after each use and shutdown.
8. Absolutely no operation of the reverse and forward switch on the telescopic arm.
9. Before rolling, insulating curtains should be pre-depressed — remove items from the insulating curtains. Particularly after rain or snow, clean off the accumulated snow. If moisture seeps through heavily after rain or snow, it may overload the roller door machine, causing it to be easily damaged.
