Security guards are essential in ensuring community protection. Each security company has its own security and safety work system. To motivate everyone and correctly carry out community protection, several crucial tasks have been implemented, encompassing five aspects: establishing a comprehensive assessment and reward/punishment system, implementing public security prevention and responsibility contracts; standardizing team management and enhancing the quality of the security force; unified management of security work; increasing investment to stabilize the security team; establishing mobile teams to improve the ability to handle emergency situations; for a detailed introduction, please see below.

1. Streamline team management and enhance the quality of the security team
As the saying goes, without rules, there can be no order. Rules are essential within any organization or unit. Effective security management and training are crucial for enhancing the quality and combat readiness of the security team. Firstly, the deployment of community security personnel must be in place. The public security bureau must ensure that each community is equipped with a full complement of security guards, and village security personnel must also be properly assigned based on actual circumstances.
2. Enhancing people-oriented management, as a special unit, security guards generally receive lower wages in the overall social salary scale. More often than not, we should focus on educating the security guards rather than imposing fines on them.
3. Property management leaders should frequently communicate with security guards, understanding the issues they encounter in their daily work and personal lives, and promptly addressing these problems. Regularly engage in conversations with the guards to learn about their family backgrounds.

4. Aim to minimize the turnover rate of the security team, as a stable security team is essential for providing residents with a sense of security and for conducting unified training. Statistics show that all property management companies experience security turnover. So, how do we address this? On one hand, security companies should show more concern for their guards, value their position, and foster a sense of belonging for them. On the other hand, in terms of salary and benefits, we should take the actual compensation of surrounding developments as a reference, ensuring that wages are not below the average level.
Security guards, often undervalued as a profession, are actually misunderstood by many. Traditional beliefs often label them as mere doormen, lacking in education and character. Some even liken them to thugs, which is somewhat justified given that in the past, security guards were often young individuals without jobs. However, times have changed. Security companies now train competent and well-mannered guards, implementing professional management, and the skills of security personnel have significantly improved.
