
LC2-10 Through-core Current Transformer
The LC2-10 type core current transformer has been improved and re-molded based on the specific requirements of a particular customer group. Its main feature is the change of the secondary wiring method to a full copper pillar style. (Note: Since the secondary is in a copper pillar style, a theft-proof lead seal cover cannot be used.)
The LC-10 high-precision current transformer is suitable for current, energy measurement, and protection of power supply and equipment in AC power systems with cable lines below 35kV and 10kV. This current transformer features a compact size, light weight, and ease of installation, and is widely used in series compact all-insulated ring main switch cabinets such as SafeRing/SafePlus, RM6/SM6, SVS, GA/GE, FB, SS, FTR, etc.
This current transformer utilizes a new magnetic material for the measuring winding core, featuring high magnetic permeability, lower saturation magnetic induction intensity, and excellent stability, ensuring high measurement accuracy and a lower instrument security factor. The high-quality imported silicon steel sheets, processed through advanced technology, serve as the core for the protection winding, guaranteeing a higher accuracy limit factor.
The toroidal core and secondary winding are vacuum impregnated with high-quality epoxy resin in a flame-retardant plastic shell, providing moisture resistance, stable performance, and no need for maintenance. This type of current transformer is compact, lightweight, and occupies minimal space. It can be mounted in the cable room of a ring main switch cabinet, requiring only the cable to pass through the inner hole for installation, offering simplicity, speed, and aesthetic harmony.
