Robotic Bag Breaking System Solution Process Description
Throughout the entire line process, operators must use forklifts to transport material trays to their designated racks, then scan incoming material QR codes or bag packaging features, including English, Chinese, and markings, via cameras. The system verifies if the material and positioning match. If they do, a four-axis robotic arm moves above the tray, an industrial camera takes a photo for positioning, and the gripper (vacuum flip) moves to grasp the target bag. The bag is then transported to the corresponding hopper for opening, pouring the material, and placing the empty bag on the conveyor belt. If not, the system triggers an alarm. The entire process from the tray confirmed by the system to the hopper and from empty bags to the conveyor belt is fully automated with no human intervention. The automation process utilizes one robotic arm, one mobile track system, one vision system, one conveyor belt feeding station, multiple automatic opening devices, and multiple positioning racks.
Utilizing a conversational option setup, the system promptly alerts users in case of any incorrect operation, preventing mistakes and enhancing safety. Moreover, with multi-language support including Chinese and English, it presents the operator in their native language environment, making settings and operations simple and intuitive.
