This system will add deionized water (pure water), lactic acid, and AMV solution to the blending machine according to the formula requirements within the specified time, ensuring the accuracy of the formula, with a precision up to 1-2%.


System includes: AMV solution preparation and measurement equipment, MEA measurement equipment, lactic acid measurement equipment, desalinated water (reverse osmosis) measurement equipment, buffer box, piping


Raw material feeding:

1.NH₃·H₂ORaw materials are directly pumped into the system.NH₃·H₂O5-gallon drum

2. Raw water is pumped into the raw water storage tank

3. Lactic acid and MEA are transferred into the storage tank via hand-operated pumps.

4. AMV powder raw material is manually added at the 10-meter platform

5.NH₃·H₂OLactic acid, AMV, and pure water are all added to the buffer box via a metering pump, and then enter the blending machine by gravity flow.


Adjustable Sections:

1. The internal water treatment equipment can be arranged in a non-linear layout.

2. Water Treatment Unit, Raw Water DrumNH₃·H₂OTins can be placed on the ground.

3. MEA and lactic acid can both be stored on the ground or on a 9-meter platform.
