Product Description:

The system is a high-precision chemical blending system (proportioning blending control system) developed and produced by our company based on years of industrial automation experience, combined with domestic and international case studies. Chemical blending system main unit uses industrial PC as the host (industrial computer, fully compatible with standard computers, better suited for harsh industrial environments) + PLC + weighing transmitter (or weighing signal sampling board) + weighing sensor + weighing actuator. It may include metrology control host (host), weighing software (metrology software/control software), PLC weighing control instruments, weighing sensors, weighing hoppers (also known as hopper scales, bin scales, which can be either incremental or decremental scales); the actuator is generally; auger, belt, electric vibration machine, controllable valves, etc., and in most cases, a variable-frequency drive is used to achieve multi-level feeding.
