Application:

Solution One: Mobile SCR De-NOx Catalyst Powder Automatic Measuring, Blending, and Conveying Production Line, suitable for the production of all SCR de-nitration catalysts. It can be used for measuring, blending, and conveying raw materials for both honeycomb and plate-type applications.


Model: ZJ-PLYD Powder Mixing System


Features of the Solution:

Utilizing imported weighing sensors and ZJ series weighing indicators, high measurement accuracy is achieved.

Portable weighing mechanism, dual measuring hopper

Flexible automatic feeding and discharging interfaces are used for material intake and exhaust.

Requirements for raw material blending equipment do not exceed 4-5 units; the cost of additional accessories for each additional blending machine is relatively low.

Advanced positioning device, reducing the issue of large positioning errors in traditional detection switches, which are prone to be affected by on-site dust.

Material intake utilizes overhead crane transfer and manual feeding method. The feeding area is equipped with dust removal systems to minimize dust generation during the feeding process. (Alternatively, an air conveyance system can be chosen to reduce labor intensity and address dust issues in the feeding system.)

The raw material warehouse is equipped with level switches, which will trigger an alarm for both full and low inventory.

Optional liquid dosing system (A.M.V/MEA/Lactic Acid/Deionized Water), integrated with the system to complete the overall batching of the mixer.


Disadvantages of the plan:

1. Utilizes a mobile weighing system; there is a dust-raising phenomenon at the ingredient mixing site.

2. The product has many moving parts, with the main failure rates attributed to inaccurate positioning due to excessive dust and wear on moving components, as well as issues with malfunctioning sensors.

3. Due to the weighing mechanism's movement on the track, higher installation requirements are needed for the track, and the "user" must regularly inspect and maintain the track and moving parts (leveling, distance between the two tracks).


Advantages of the Plan:

Low total investment in equipment

2. If expanding production and adding blending machines, the additional cost is very low.

3. The equipment can support up to 5 blending machines, larger in size.
