The ZJ-CB series weighing blender is widely used in various batching mixing scenes, usually paired with extruders and injection molding machines, offering a higher mixing precision up to ±0.1%. This series is fully equipped with PLC controllers and utilizes advanced batching algorithms to ensure high-quality and comprehensive technical characteristics, resulting in excellent product performance, stable operation, and reliable safety. It can handle 2-16 types of materials, and the dosing hopper options range from 1 to 16, with a dosing precision of up to ±0.1%. The production capacity of the ZJ-CB series weighing blender is 10-6000t/h.


Product Composition:

The CB series weighing blender typically consists of a raw material hopper, feeding mechanism, mixing mechanism, lower frame, buffer hopper, and control system. The CB series weighing blender is designed with 1-8 measuring hoppers based on user requirements, with the corresponding number of measuring hoppers selected according to different operational needs.


Operating Principle:

The CB series weighing mixers add each material in sequence to the corresponding measuring bin according to the set formula. The weighing principle uses the incremental method for measurement. After measurement, the materials fall into the mixing mechanism. Once mixed, the materials are then transferred back to the storage bin, where they await collection by the lower material suction unit.
