The traditional refrigeration industry relies on flowmeters for refrigerant filling, resulting in uncontrolled measurement accuracy of refrigerants. Moreover, it is impossible to verify the actual filling amount of refrigerant after filling. The FJ series refrigerant weighing re-check machine, designed and manufactured by Zhengjia Auto Control, is specifically designed for refrigerant re-check operations. It is perfectly connected to the MES systems of various factories, enabling data exchange. The refrigerant filling data is uploaded to the previous MES system, facilitating traceability for future reference.

The equipment is activated and enters the startup state, waiting for the air conditioning units requiring re-inspection to reach the designated position.

Manual vacuum extraction begins, then remove the vacuum tube after the vacuum is completed.

After scanning, the weighing platform records the "Unfilled Weight" upon lifting.

After manually adding the refrigerant, scan the code, and the weighing platform will rise to record the "Filled Weight".

System calculates if out of tolerance: tolerance alarm, the entire process ends.
