Modified Plastic Compound System Application Scope:
The system is used for thermoplastic granulation (modified plastics, nylon, color masterbatch, cable material, etc.) and other industries. It handles unloading and bag removal of powdered, liquid, and granular materials (such as talc powder, calcium carbonate, carbon black, glass fiber, PVC powder, PE/PP granules, etc.) from bulk trucks, ton bags, and small packaging bags. It automatically feeds them into a storage hopper, weighs and measures the ingredients, mixes (intensive mixing), feeds the material in fixed quantities, extrudes and granulates, cuts and cools the granules, dries them, mixes them again, and then transports them to the finished product area. It also includes fully automatic packaging (ton bags, 25kg bags), stacking, inventory management, and automatic loading of trucks.
