The Minor Materials配料System is an automated batching equipment used in industries such as rubber, plastic, dyeing and finishing, food, chemical, and pharmaceuticals, for minor materials (powders, granules, sheets, liquids, mixed materials). It also accepts production task sheets from higher-level ERP/MES systems and uploads relevant documents (refer to data import/export instructions), achieving seamless integration with other management systems, and realizing the integration of on-site production management with the corporate management system.

Due to the small particle diameter and light specific gravity of the powdered raw material, dust飞扬 is inevitable during the batching process. Therefore, an independent dust hood is installed above the feeding machine outlet to collect the飞扬 dust into the raw material bin, preventing secondary contamination and material waste, thus maintaining a clean working environment.
