Application Fields:

The ZJ-YTC Liquid Loss-Feed Feeding Machine is widely applicable to various liquids with poor fluidity, which must be fed into the main equipment at a specific ratio. These liquids are typically wax-containing, highly viscous, or have poor flow properties, and often require heating to flow normally. The feeding range is 2-200 L/hr, with an accuracy of ≤0.01-0.05%. The feeding capacity varies depending on the characteristics of the material.


Operating Principle:

Employing servo or variable-frequency motors, with a weight feedback speed control method, the measuring hopper is mounted on a high-precision weighing platform. The liquid is pumped out through a metering pump outside the weighing platform, thus achieving uniform feeding, high measurement accuracy, and stable feeding.


Product Composition:

The liquid weight loss feeding machine consists of a raw material tank, a weighing tank (K2 weighing platform), a metering pump, pipelines, a heating system (molding temperature machine), a frame, and a control system.


Regarding Heating:

If the liquid requires heating, an electric heating band, circulating hot oil, or water heating system can be used. When using an electric heating band, a temperature controller is used to regulate the保温 temperature, with the heating band evenly wrapped around the measuring hopper, pipes, etc. The surface of the heating band also needs to be insulated, and all connecting pipes must be heated and insulated. If hot oil or water heating is used, the liquid tank will be double-walled, filled with heated oil or water in the middle. The raw material tank can be heated immediately through jacket heating or mold temperature machine heating.
