The feeding range is 15-8,000 L/hr, with an accuracy of ≤0.01-0.05%. The feeding capacity varies depending on the characteristics of the material.


Operating Principle:

Utilizing servo or variable-frequency motors, featuring weight feedback speed control, and employing special twin-screw technology, the material is evenly fed with high measuring accuracy, stable feeding, and a wide measurement range.

The twin-screw loss-in-weight feeder comes in various screw configurations, all interchangeable, catering to different material needs. Installed on the KING-CONTROL K2 scale platform, which employs high-precision sensors, the feeder is housed in a stainless steel casing that encloses the weighing sensors, protecting them from material intrusion and ensuring accurate measurement. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel. The feeder is easy to clean and has replaceable components.
