Y1500-I Series Weight-Feeding Liquid Filling Machine

The Y1500-I series filling machine utilizes overhead filling with a rotating filling gun design. It is suitable for filling non-foaming or light foamed liquid materials ranging from 100 to 1500 kg, and can fill multiple containers on a tray (four standard 200L drums or one IBC drum) according to pre-set values.

During filling, the operator simply moves the filling gun directly above the opening of the empty drum, presses the "Start" button, the filling gun descends, and after reaching the correct position, the system automatically removes the tare weight and then begins automatic fast/slow filling. Once filling is complete, the filling gun returns to its initial position. The operator then manually moves the filling gun to the next drum's opening, presses the "Start" button again, and repeats this process until 4 drums or 1 ICB drum are filled. Finally, the operator manually removes the full drums.

The Y1500-I series weighing liquid filling machine can be used in conjunction with labeling machines, coding machines, labeling machines, capping machines, conveyors, and other auxiliary equipment. It can be configured to form automatic or semi-automatic filling production lines based on different material and process requirements. Widely used in industries and products such as resins, daily chemicals, curing agents, lubricants, chemical solvents, adhesives, and diluents.

The filling machine is mainly composed of the filling gun moving mechanism (linear guide rail, locking device), filling gun, suction hood, liquid receiving cup, system control cabinet (including weighing instrument, touch screen, operation buttons, PLC), weighing platform (with imported weighing sensor), powered conveyor roller, and frame, etc.
