The ZJ-G series packaging scales are mainly composed of several major parts, including fast/slow feeding devices, weighing units, bag-hanging devices, conveying roller tracks, tray storage, and electrical control systems. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of stainless steel. Suitable for industries such as environmental protection, chemicals, fertilizers, grains, food, and plastics, they are specialized quantitative weighing and packaging equipment for quickly and efficiently handling flowable solid, granular, and powdered materials in large capacities. They are also essential professional equipment for large-scale flexible bag packaging.


Product Features:

● Equipped with an air-inflation function for empty bags, featuring both automatic and manual operation modes with easy switching.

●After packaging, the product automatically detaches from the bag holder and hanger mechanism without any additional operation.

●Combines coarse and fine material addition functions, effectively addressing speed and accuracy requirements during the packaging process.

●After the packaging bags are automatically lowered, they can be conveyed to the next process using a free roller conveyor (suitable within 5 meters), powered roller conveyor, or belt conveyor.

● Can be equipped with a shake bag function or flexibly adjusted bag holder height to meet requirements.
