II. Features

1. Replace traditional manual packaging with bagging machines to achieve automated product packaging production in the enterprise, enhancing production efficiency and significantly reducing product costs.

2. The machine meets the hygiene standards for food processing equipment. All parts in contact with materials and packaging bags are made from materials that comply with food hygiene requirements, ensuring the sanitation and safety of the food.

3. The machine's packaging range is extensive. By selecting different filling devices based on various packaging materials, it can package a variety of solid materials, liquids, pastes, powders, granules, and more.

4. Suitable for a wide range of packaging bags, including pre-made bags made of multi-layer composite film, single-layer PE, PP, and paper bags. The finished packaging bags feature good graphics, excellent sealing quality, and high grade.

5. The electrical control system features an advanced PLC with a color touch screen (POD), offering a user-friendly interface and easy operation.

6. The main motor employs variable frequency speed control, allowing for flexible setting of frequencies within a specific range on the color touch screen based on actual production needs.

7: Standard equipment includes an automatic detection system that can monitor air pressure, temperature control issues, bagging status on the machine, and whether the bag mouth is open. It can assess machine conditions, control whether the machine is coding, whether the filling device is filling, and whether the heat sealing device is sealing, thereby preventing material and raw material waste, significantly reducing costs.

Bagging machine fails to feed material and seal when operating in automatic mode due to missing bags or unsuccessful bag opening.

The contact part of the equipment and materials is made of 304 stainless steel.

Electrical Control: Touchscreens and PLCs by Taiwan Delta Electronics, inverters by Taiwan Delta Electronics, low-voltage control panels by Delta, pneumatic components by Japan's SMC and Airtac. Rolling bearings sourced from Japan, Germany, and Harbin, China.

Process: Manual bagging — Automatic bag retrieval — Automatic zipper opening — Automatic bag opening — Filling — Zipper bag closing — Sealing and shaping to finished product output.

IV. Key Features

1. User-friendly operation, equipped with Taiwan Delta PLC control and a touch screen HMI control system for easy operation.

2. Automatic detection feature: no material added, no heat sealing when the bag is not opened or not fully opened. The bag can be reused, avoiding material waste and saving production costs for the user.

3. Safety devices will trigger an alarm if the working pressure is abnormal or the heating tube malfunctions.

4 Available with various measurement methods (counter, vibration hopper, measuring cup, combination scale, hoist, liquid filling machine, etc.)
