II. Features

3. The machine's packaging range is extensive. By selecting different filling devices based on various packaging materials, it can package a variety of solid materials, liquids, pastes, powders, granules, and more.
4. Suitable for a wide range of packaging bags, including pre-made bags made of multi-layer composite film, single-layer PE, PP, and paper bags. The finished packaging bags feature good graphics, excellent sealing quality, and high grade.
5. The electrical control system features an advanced PLC with a color touch screen (POD), offering a user-friendly interface and easy operation.
6. The main motor employs variable frequency speed control, allowing for flexible setting of frequencies within a specific range on the color touch screen based on actual production needs.
7: Standard equipment includes an automatic detection system that can monitor air pressure, temperature control issues, bagging status on the machine, and whether the bag mouth is open. It can assess machine conditions, control whether the machine is coding, whether the filling device is filling, and whether the heat sealing device is sealing, thereby preventing material and raw material waste, significantly reducing costs.
