1. Overview of the Principle of Operation for Exhaust Treatment (Washer)
By contacting gases with liquids, pollutants in the gases are transferred to the liquids, and then the clean gases are separated from the polluted liquids, achieving the purpose of air purification.
Waste gases are processed through a packed scrubber with liquid countercurrent absorption, which involves jetting a mist or small droplets from the top of the tower downwards. To achieve gas-liquid contact, the waste gases are discharged from the tower in a counterflow manner. This treatment method cools the waste gases, adjusts them, removes particulates, and then releases them into the atmosphere after treatment in a demisting zone.

3. Principle of Flue Gas Treatment (Washing Tower)
Waste gases collected from the air unit of the washing tower system are drawn into the tower and pass through the packed bed (gas/liquid contact reaction medium), allowing for thorough contact with the chemical solution (washing liquid) and flow over the packing surface to absorb acids or bases from the waste gases. After cleaning, the waste liquid is collected in a tank and then discharged into the wastewater treatment system.
