Zhejiang Chuangmei is located in Wenling City, in the coastal region of central Zhejiang. The company is a provincial science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise and a municipal high-tech enterprise. Currently, it primarily produces various permanent magnet synchronous motors. It offers two main categories: variable frequency drive permanent magnet synchronous motors and asynchronous start permanent magnet synchronous motors, and has obtained the China Energy-saving Product Certification for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors. Power ranges from several tens of watts to 200 kW, with variable frequency drives capable of designing and manufacturing various speeds. The asynchronous start permanent magnet synchronous motors come in 2, 4, 6, and 8 poles.

Our high-speed deep-well pumps equipped with brushless permanent magnet synchronous motors are a line of synchronous motor products developed by our company. This technology has been granted an invention patent by the National Intellectual Property Administration and was honored with the 2014 International Pump and Valve Industry Innovation Award by Ronghe Industrial Media. Subsequently, we have also obtained 13 utility model patents in the application of permanent magnet synchronous motors in pumps (with several inventions and international patents pending). While the entire pump industry was yet to adopt synchronous motors, we have already secured such a substantial number of patented technologies, placing us at a high position within the pump industry.

Among our authorized patents are utility patents for the application of synchronous motors in various centrifugal pump types such as deep well pumps, pipeline pumps, in-line pumps, axial flow pumps, solar pumps, submersible pumps, and multi-stage centrifugal pumps, along with structural controllers that are integrated or built-in. These pumps are standard types that, after being transformed with synchronous motor energy-saving technology, yield high-performance pump products, driving the renewal and replacement of the pump industry.

Our synchronous motor pump series can be directly applied to solar water supply systems. Solar and municipal power can be input separately or simultaneously. Solar power can be directly connected to the power supply, and it can automatically adjust the frequency and operate fully automatically based on the intensity of sunlight, without the need for inverter conversion. The solar utilization rate is higher than that of MPPT function, and its comprehensive performance is more advanced than solar pumps using other technologies.

Our synchronous motor products are not only used in pumps but also applied in the power systems of various general machinery in fields such as textile machines, air compressors, and hydraulic presses. They replace the outdated asynchronous motors, achieving high efficiency and energy saving.
