Categorized by structural form

  • Pre-fabricated Inspection WellPre-assembled from components such as well heads, casings, covers, and connecting interfaces, on-site work is simplified to foundation preparation, component assembly, and sealing. The advantages include a short construction cycle (typically 1-2 days for a single well installation), quality control, and suitability for projects with tight schedules, such as municipal roads and residential community developments. The drawbacks are higher transportation costs for large-diameter casings and the need for specialized lifting equipment.

  • In-situ cast manholeReinforcing steel bars, setting up formwork, and pouring concrete (typically C30-C40 ready-mixed concrete) according to design drawings at the construction site, then removing the formwork after curing. The advantages include flexible size adjustments for special project requirements (such as irregular wells, deep well shafts) to accommodate complex terrain; however, the drawbacks are a longer construction period on-site (requiring a 7-10 day curing period), significant weather dependence, and high technical skill requirements for the construction crew, making it suitable for industrial parks and underground pipeline projects with strong customization needs.
