This valve integrates the ball valve body, pneumatic actuator, electric control, and pneumatic control principles. The opening and closing action is achieved by the pneumatic actuator driving the ball to rotate 90° in both directions. When the valve is closed, the cylinder first controls the hemisphere to rotate to the fully closed position of the valve bore, followed by inflating the gas package sealing ring to ensure a tight seal between the sealing ring and the ball. When the valve is opened, the gas package sealing ring is first deflated to completely separate the sealing ring from the hemisphere, and then the cylinder controls the hemisphere to rotate to the fully open position of the valve bore. Since the sealing ring is not inflated throughout the entire opening and closing process, the ball surface remains separated from the sealing ring, eliminating friction between the hemisphere and the sealing ring, thereby maximizing the valve's lifespan.
