Product Overview
DFW-12 series cable branch boxes are designed for outdoor use, featuring a fully sealed structure with an IP33 protection grade. The cable joint brackets are made of stainless steel, and the housing is constructed from 2mm stainless steel plates. The interior of the box is divided into busbar room and cable chamber by a cable storage top panel. The busbar room is a sealed compartment enclosed by 2mm steel plates. The cable joint brackets are located at the top of the busbar room, supporting the sleeves that fix the cable joints, with an inter-phase distance of 180mm. For models with surge arresters, the arresters are installed at the end of the cable joints. Additionally, short-circuit indicators and live voltage displays are also mounted in the busbar room. All live components in the busbar room undergo strict silicone rubber insulated treatment. The cable chamber is located below the busbar room, serving as the passage for cable entry and exit, containing cable clamps and grounding terminals.
