Product Overview

The XGN66-12 fixed enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is our company's new generation of high-voltage electrical equipment set, in compliance with the national standard GB3906 "AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear for -35KV" and the electrical department's DLT404 "Technical Conditions for Ordering Indoor AC High-Voltage Switchgear." It also meets the international standard IEC298 "Requirements for AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment above 1kV and below 52kV." This product absorbs foreign technology, featuring a small size, just 50% of the volume of a regular switchgear; the circuit breaker boasts high reliability, good performance, and advantages such as reliable and simple "five prevention" interlock mechanisms. The switchgear is an indoor complete set for 3.6, 7.2, and 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar sectioning, used for receiving and distributing electrical energy. It also has functions for circuit control, protection, and monitoring, and can be used in various types of power plants, substation, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, and can also be combined with ring main cabinets for application in switchyards.

Structural Features

1. The cabinet is constructed using angle steel welding.

2. The circuit breaker room is located at the bottom of the cabinet, making installation, adjustment, and maintenance convenient; it is equipped with standard ZN63A (VSI-12) circuit breakers and features a pressure relief channel to ensure personal safety.

3. Utilize a reliable rotating disconnector for safe entry into the circuit breaker room while the main busbars are energized.

4. Full-container protection level IP2X.

Ambient air temperature: -30°C to +55°C.

3. Humidity Conditions:

The average daily value does not exceed 95%, and the average daily steam pressure does not exceed 2.2 KPa.

The monthly average does not exceed 90%, and the monthly average steam pressure does not exceed 1.8 KPa.

4. Earthquake Intensity: Not exceeding 8 degrees.

5. No areas with corrosive or flammable gases, or other obvious contaminants.

6. Equipped with a reliable and comprehensive mandatory mechanical interlock device, it simply and effectively meets the "Five Preventions" requirements.

7. Features a reliable grounding system.

8. The door features a viewing window, allowing for a clear observation of the components' operational status inside the cabinet.

9. The operation mechanical interlock utilizes the MZSXGN locking mechanism for the XGN2-12 cabinet, which is simple, reliable, and practical.

10. Cable entry and exit lines are below the front of the cabinet, facilitating user connection.
