Product Overview
The XL(F)-21 type power distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants and industrial and mining enterprises, for AC voltage systems of 500V and below, including three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire configurations, for power and lighting distribution purposes. The XL(F)-21 type power distribution cabinet is an indoor installation, mounted against the wall, for maintenance in front of the panel.
Normal operating conditions
1. Environmental Temperature: -50°C to +40°C, with an average temperature not exceeding +36°C within 24 hours.
2. Altitude: Not exceeding 2000m.
3. Relative Humidity: Not exceeding 50% when the surrounding air humidity is +40°C; higher relative humidity is permissible under lower humidity conditions (e.g., 90% at +20°C), allowing for moderate frost formation due to temperature variations.
4. The tilt of the equipment during installation should not exceed 5° from the vertical plane, and the equipment should be installed in a location free of severe vibration, impact, and corrosion.
Product Structure
The XL(F)-21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet is designed for indoor, wall-mounted installation with a single front door for access. Its basic structure is made of steel plate bending and angle steel welding. The front right side can accommodate a knife switch operation handle for power cutoff and connection purposes. The cabinet door can be fitted with operation buttons, indicator lights, and display meters. After opening the cabinet, all internal equipment is fully exposed, facilitating maintenance and repair. This distribution cabinet is equipped with an air circuit breaker, fuse as short-circuit protection, as well as contactors and thermal relays. Grounding screws are welded to both the door and the housing, ensuring a reliable connection between the housing and the ground.
