1). Performance Description
1) The meter box boasts a smooth and flat appearance with no cracks or scratches, no visible bubbles, and excellent transparency. The surface is free of poor curing, needle holes, immersion, cracks, and obvious bubbles. The internal components are compactly structured with a reasonable layout, with the wiring path being smooth and clear for easy observation from various angles to identify component connections and promptly detect faults. The base features an integrated wiring channel to standardize and facilitate wiring.
2) The meter box is tightly sealed with an overall fit. For multi-meter boxes (4 meters and above), the box is secured using a combination of rust-proof metal hinges and sliding clips, allowing for a 180° opening for easy maintenance. The cover and base of the product can be protected by a triple lock system featuring anti-theft bolts, lead seals, and padlocks, all located within a sealed space, providing effective protection against water damage, rust, aging, and theft.
3) The lid is made by injection molding with transparent polycarbonate (PC) material, while the base is injection molded with ABS engineering plastic. The thickness of the multi-positioned housing is ≥ 3.0mm; the dimensional deviation of each component does not exceed ±1mm, and the performance meets the technical standards requirements issued by the national chemical industry, such as HG2503-93.
4) Flame Retardancy: Features a V-2 flame retardancy rating, with heat resistance ≥ 130℃.
Insulation Resistance: The insulation resistance of the electrical meter box must be no less than 20 megohms.
6) Electrical Strength: When applying a 50HZ/1500V voltage for 1 minute, there should be no occurrence of arc-over or breakdown lightning phenomena.
7) Acid and Alkali Resistance: A 1mL solution of 3% concentration of acid and alkali is dropped onto the surface of the box, and after one hour, it is wiped off without any cracks or delamination.
8) Anti-static pressure performance: A 100kg weight (volume 10x10cm²) placed on any position of the product for three minutes will not crack or damage.
9) Static Pressure Resistance: After applying a 100KG force to the horizontally placed meter box for 1 minute, there were no cracks, peeling, or damage observed.
10) Sandbag Impact Resistance: After five consecutive drops from a height of 1 meter, using a 7KG sandbag, there were no cracks or falling off anomalies observed at the electrical meter box's connection points.
11) Climate Impact: Products remain dimensionally stable, crack-free, and maintain transparency under external conditions of 30±10℃ with internal temperatures of 75℃ and prolonged exposure to sunlight, as well as under high temperature of 60±5℃ for 4 hours and low temperature of -30±3℃ for 4 hours.
12) Shock Resistance: Under the condition of tightened fasteners (unpacked), the product withstands a free fall test from a height of 2 meters, with the case remaining intact. Sandbag Impact Resistance: After five consecutive drops from a height of 1 meter using a 7kg sandbag, there are no cracks, chipping, or other abnormal phenomena on the surface box area.
