The Belt Furnace Series for Powder Metallurgy Sintering is a continuous production line for sintering operations, primarily used for sintered iron, copper-based, and other related powder metallurgy products. It undergoes an ideal defatting (de-waxing) process under a controlled atmosphere, followed by a complete sintering workflow.

This production line features easy control, significant energy saving, and convenient maintenance. The workpiece conveying uses a high-temperature-resistant metal mesh belt with variable frequency speed control, and the entire heating zone employs PID multi-zone temperature control.
