The raw material is heated and melted in the extruder, then extruded through a special rotating head with an internal and external mold with several small holes by the screw.

The molten plastic flows through the mold orifice pores to form two streams of molten material. Due to the head rotation, the two streams intermittently converge at a single point, thereby forming a network, which is then cooled and shaped into a mesh.

Plastic nets are divided into drawn and undrawn types. The drawn plastic net equipment consists of auxiliary machines such as extruders, rotating mold cooling and shaping, traction, and winding. Different configurations are adopted according to the special requirements of the product series, making it suitable for producing various types of drawn plastic nets, including knotless nets, flat filter nets, fence nets, railing nets, gardening and agricultural nets, engineering nets, tensile nets, packaging nets, fruit and vegetable net bags, and mesh bags, among others.

Plastic nets are widely used for packaging a variety of toys, food, vegetables, wine bottles, and mechanical parts, as well as in aquaculture, construction projects, and road and traffic infrastructure.
