The raw material is heated and melted in the extruder, then extruded through the screw into a special rotating head with an internal and external die mouth having several small holes.
The molten plastic flows through the die orifice to form two streams of molten material. Due to the head rotation, the two streams intermittently converge at a single point, forming a network, which is then cooled and shaped into a mesh.
Plastic nets are divided into drawn and non-drawn types. The drawn plastic net equipment consists of auxiliary machines such as extruders, rotating mold cooling and shaping, traction, and winding. Different configurations are adopted according to the special requirements of product series, making them suitable for producing a variety of plastic drawn nets, including: drawn nets, knotless nets, flat water filter nets, fence nets, railing nets, horticultural and agricultural nets, engineering nets, stretching nets, packaging nets, fruit and vegetable net bags, and mesh bags for various applications.
