Punched mesh punching method
1Continuous punching in the same direction: By using a rectangular punch mold with overlapping sections, it is possible to process elongated holes and trimming edges, etc.
2Continuous forming: A forming process that exceeds the size of the perforated mold, such as large-sized louvers, rolling ribs, and rolling steps, etc.
3Erode: A continuous stamping process using small round dies with a smaller step distance to form curved shapes.
4Multi-directional continuous blanking: A method of processing large holes using small punch hole die molds.
5Single Formation: A process of shallow deep drawing into shape in one go according to the mold shape.
6Single-punching: Performs single-punching operations, including straight line distribution, arc distribution, circular distribution, and grid hole punching.
7Array Forming: A method of processing multiple identical or different workpieces on a large plate.
