Water Distributor Manufacturer | What Applications Are Water Distributors Used In?
Diverters and collectors are devices used in water systems to connect the supply and return water of various heating pipes. They are divided into diverters and collectors based on the supply and return water. Therefore, they are referred to as diverters and collectors or collectors and diverters, commonly known as diverters.
In the floor heating system, there are several branch pipelines managed by the manifold and diverter, which are equipped with air vent valves and automatic thermostatic valves, generally made of copper. The diameters are small, ranging from DN25 to DN40, with a prevalence of imported products.
2. Air conditioning water systems, as well as other industrial water systems, manage numerous branch pipelines, including return water lines and supply lines. These are generally of sizes ranging from DN350 to DN1500, made of steel plates, and fall under the category of professional pressure vessel manufacturing. They require the installation of pressure gauges, thermometers, automatic vent valves, safety valves, drain valves, etc. Pressure regulating valves must be installed between two containers, and an auxiliary bypass pipeline is also necessary.
3. The use of water distribution valves in the potable water supply system has effectively plugged the gaps in water management, with centralized installation and management of water meters. This, in conjunction with the use of single-pipe multi-way systems, has reduced the procurement costs for piping materials. It has also significantly shortened construction time and improved efficiency. Potable water distribution valves are directly connected to the aluminum-plastic main pipelines through reducing joints and are centrally installed in the water meter pool (water meter room), ensuring each household has its own meter. Outdoor installation and inspection are facilitated. Currently, the transformation of household water meters is underway on a large scale across the country.
