All materials are made of 20# forged steel, ensuring no pores or sand holes, with finely processed surfaces. Product specifications range from DN15 to DN150, with both internal and external galvanizing, working pressure up to 15Mpa, and test pressure up to 22.5Mpa. Included are 1.1.1 design and construction drawings, design specifications, system and main component operation and maintenance manuals, and installation guides. 1.1 Prepare the following technical documents when constructing a gas fire suppression system: 1.1.2 Product factory certificates and inspection reports issued by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection and Testing Center for system components such as container valves, selector valves, check valves, nozzles, and valve drive devices; and factory inspection reports and certificates of conformity for fire extinguishing agent conveying pipes and pipe accessories. 1.1.3 For products that cannot be re-inspected within the system, such as safety diaphragms, a production factory certificate with inspection reports and certificates of conformity for the same batch of products is required.
