1. Recycled material: After the waste plastic is manually sorted and classified, it undergoes processes such as crushing, granulation, and modification to become various transparent and opaque plastic granules. These granules are then sorted by quality and become reusable recycled material.
2. Fuel and plastic recycling often employs landfilling or incineration, resulting in significant resource waste. Consequently, overseas countries use waste plastics in blast furnaces as a substitute for coal, oil, and coke, in cement rotary kilns for cement production instead of coal burning, and in the production of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) for power generation, yielding ideal results. The technology of injecting waste plastics into blast furnaces utilizes the high calorific value of waste plastics, where waste plastics are processed into suitable particle sizes and injected into the blast furnace to replace coke or coal powder, representing a new method for waste plastic treatment.
3. Power Generation: Solid waste fuel power generation has been applied in the U.S. early on, with multiple RDF power stations in place, accounting for 21.6% of waste-to-energy plants. Some small waste incineration stations have been converted into RDF production stations to facilitate continuous-scale power generation. This has improved the steam parameters of waste-to-energy plants, boosting the power generation efficiency from the original 15% to 20%-25%.

2. Enhance land resource utilization; landfilling remains the primary method for China's urban waste management. Due to their low density and large volume, plastics can be rapidly buried, reducing the landfill's capacity to process waste. 3. Increasing crop yields, plastic products degrade soil quality, severely affecting plant growth; plastics typically take at least 200 years to degrade, and abandoned agricultural films and plastic bags left in fields for long periods can hinder water and nutrient absorption by crops, inhibit growth and development, and reduce crop yields. If livestock ingest plastic films, it can cause digestive system diseases. Recycling abandoned agricultural films and plastic bags benefits crop growth and increases crop value.
4. Maintain atmospheric environment; Direct burning of waste plastics can cause serious pollution to social environmental issues, as it generates a large amount of black smoke when burning.
5. Recycled plastics protect biodiversity; plastic products, especially plastic bags, can cause harm if animals accidentally ingest them, which happens frequently.
