b The interior ends of the through-bore are sealed with foam boards, and the ports must be tightly sealed with blind caps to prevent dust and rust, ensuring the channel remains clean and the ends are flat.

c Cylinders should be properly packaged for protection, shock absorption, and impact resistance.

d Valves should be placed flatly, with the pneumatic drive unit facing upwards, and must not be挤压 together.

3 Regular inspections are required when stored for extended periods. Every three months, check the two channels, dirt and rust on the sealing surface, and the protective condition of the welding joints. After wiping off the dirt and rust, reapply rust-proof oil for protection.

3 The medium's flow direction must be restricted during installation.

4 The medium flowing through the pipeline should not contain hard particles to avoid damaging the sealing surface.

5 Each valve undergoes individual inspection and testing prior to shipment, allowing the installation unit to perform a pressure test or install it directly for use.
