    The Low-Temperature Cut-Off Valve is specifically designed for low-temperature environments and is primarily used for connecting or disconnecting pipeline media. It boasts features such as simple structure and good sealing properties, and is widely applied in industrial sectors like oil and petrochemicals.

    The working principle of the low-temperature cut-off valve is achieved through the upper gate plate on the valve body, which drives the rotation of the ball's inner shaft via a sliding ring. The inner shaft of the ball drives the valve disc to rotate, creating a throttling effect. Both the ball and the gate plate of this valve are sealed simultaneously, ensuring that the sealing surface is unaffected by the medium.

    According to the type of control medium, low-temperature cut-off valves can be categorized into pneumatic and electric types. Pneumatic low-temperature cut-off valves are easy to operate under low-temperature conditions and are convenient to maintain, meeting various requirements; while electric cut-off valves allow a certain flow rate of liquid to pass through the valve seat to overcome the flow resistance of the valve.

    The low-temperature cut-off valve has a wide range of application environments, suitable for temperatures ranging from -196℃ to 700℃, including media such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and low-temperature gases. It is widely used in equipment for gas liquefaction, air separation, storage and transportation, as well as in low-temperature storage tanks and tank trucks for liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide. Particularly in situations requiring the handling of low-temperature fluids, the low-temperature cut-off valve plays a crucial role.



    Structural Features of Low-Temperature Cut-Off Valves:

     Zero Friction Opening and ClosingThe low-temperature shut-off valve features a special design that eliminates friction between the valve disc and seat during operation, ensuring the optimal condition of the sealing surface and extending the valve's service life.

     2. Upper Assembly StructureThis structure enables direct online inspection and maintenance, reducing downtime for the equipment and lowering costs.

    3. Single Valve Seat DesignThe issue of abnormal pressure increase due to medium in the middle cavity has been eliminated, enhancing the safety of use.

      4. Low-Torque DesignThe unique valve rod design allows for easy opening and closing of the valve, enhancing operational convenience.

     5.楔形密封结构:楔shaped sealing structureBy mechanically pressing the wedge seal onto the valve seat, reliability in sealing performance under various operating conditions is ensured.

      6. Self-cleaning sealing surfaceWhen the ball moves away from the valve seat, the fluid uniformly washes the sealing surface, preventing localized erosion by high-speed flow and maintaining the cleanliness of the sealing surface.

      7. Material Selection:The valve rods and bolts are made of alloy steel material and heat-treated, enhancing tensile strength and preventing thread galling.


    Key Features of the Low-Temperature Cut-Off Valve:

       Simple structure for easy manufacturing and maintenance:The structure of the low-temperature cut-off valve is simpler than that of a gate valve. The sealing surfaces are less prone to wear and tear, and there is no relative sliding between the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve body during opening and closing. Therefore, both wear and tear are minimal, offering good sealing performance and a long service life.

    Excellent sealing performanceDuring opening and closing, the valve disc stroke is small, resulting in a lower cut-off valve height compared to the sluice gate, but a longer structural length. The self-cleaning seal surface structure effectively eliminates the erosion of high-speed fluids on the valve seat, maintaining the cleanliness and reliability of the sealing surface.

    3. High fluid resistanceDue to the winding medium channel within the valve body, there is a significant fluid resistance and high energy consumption. The medium can only flow in one direction and cannot change its flow direction.

    4. High opening and closing torque:The opening and closing are somewhat labor-intensive and take longer, but the specially designed valve rod can reduce the torque required for opening and closing, making operation easier.
