1Prior to installation, check the valve cavity and sealing surfaces for any dirt or sand particles, which are not permitted to be attached.;
2All bolts at connection points should be tightened uniformly.;
3The packing section must be properly tightened to ensure both the sealing integrity of the packing and the ease of the gate valve's operation.;
4Before installing the valve, users must verify the valve model, connection dimensions, and pay attention to the medium flow direction to ensure consistency with the valve requirements.;
5Users must reserve sufficient space for the valve drive when installing the valve.;
6The wiring of the drive unit must be done according to the wiring diagram.;
7Valves must be regularly maintained and should not be subjected to random impacts or compression to avoid affecting their sealing.

All handwheels, handles, and transmission mechanisms are not to be used for lifting purposes and are strictly prohibited from collision.
The double check valve should be installed vertically.
Check the bypass valve before opening the gate valve. Install the gate valve with the drive mechanism according to the product's instruction manual.
If valves are frequently used, they should be lubricated at least once a month.
