Product Introduction
With the development of urban industry, heat pipelines and petrochemical pipelines are also gradually being updated, especially in recent years, with many long-distance compensation pipelines and three-dimensional pipelines emerging. These pipelines require numerous fixed supports during installation, resulting in high construction costs. Particularly in space network systems, it is very difficult to set up fixed supports, and in some cases, it is impossible, severely affecting the design and development of the pipeline network. Our company has developed rotating compensators in response to market demands.
The rotary compensator is composed of a reducing elbow, inner sleeve, sealing seat housing, flexible graphite filling, nut-bolt spring assembly, and filling cover, with corresponding ball bearings. The compensator employs a process where the sealing material is first molded into shape using a press, with a density that is not too dense to maintain plasticity. Then, N circles (as specified by the product requirements) of the filling material are placed into the filling cavity, with some oxidation-delaying components added, followed by secondary molding under a certain pressure using an oil press (which exceeds the force and uniformity of manual wrench techniques). This fuses the filling circles into a single entity, thereby increasing the density of the filling and enhancing its sealing performance, ensuring that the product remains leak-free for 15-20 years.
【Structural Features】
Our company utilizes the most advanced and reliable sealing technology and dual-combination sealing structure. This product design is rational, with a unique structure, no thrust, excellent sealing, and a large compensation capacity, featuring all characteristics of various compensators. It is widely used in reservoir water intake, water supply, petrochemical, power, metallurgy, textile, construction, and other fields.
Rotary Compensator: Composed of a rotating inner sleeve, packing cover, fastening flange, guiding centering ring, shaped flexible graphite sealing packing, sealing pressure ring, sealing seat housing, end connection pipe, bolts, and nuts. This product features no thrust, large compensation capacity, and no leakage.
It should be noted that conventional rotating compensators use reducers as joints to save costs and facilitate processing. However, reducers in the thermal network pipes can cause vortices and flow resistance, affecting the pipeline's flow rate, flow volume, and pressure. Moreover, the dimensional and positional tolerances of the joints are large, making it difficult to ensure the quality of pipeline welding. Therefore, all series of our thrust-type rotating compensators have changed the reducer joints to straight pipe joints that match the pipeline's nominal diameter, fundamentally eliminating such issues and receiving positive feedback from users.
【Installation and Use】
1. This compensator is specifically designed for pump ship pipelines. During welding, the pipeline connection should be beveled. After welding, an ultrasonic inspection should be conducted according to pressure vessel requirements, followed by hydrostatic testing. During the test, the sealing components should be adjusted to ensure no leakage, and the force on all parts should be consistent, utilizing a torque wrench.
2. The suspension bridge supports are installed according to the design, allowing for axial expansion and contraction to ensure lateral displacement of the pipeline. Compensators are generally installed near the suspension bridge supports, and guide supports should be set up on the movable side. Fixed supports must be installed at pipeline bends.
3. The insulation and waterproof structure of the compensator can be the same as the pipeline, but should not exert any restraint on the expansion joint.
4. The compensator can be installed at various temperatures without any need for pre-tension or pre-pressure. The sleeve will not loosen; simply tighten the clamping bolt if it does.
