Usage and Features:

1. The screw is designed with special mixing functions and high plasticizing capabilities.

2. The hanger-type die features a special two-section flow design, allowing for more accurate adjustment of board thickness.

3. ±1℃ temperature control accurately regulates the plasticizing process and the thickness and flatness of the boards.

4. The three-roll calender is available in horizontal, vertical, or 45° inclined configurations, with a free-lifting function.

5. The thickness control of the boards is achieved through screw adjustment and twin roller bidirectional adjustment, ensuring precise control over the board thickness.

6. An independently controlled roller temperature control system accurately regulates the temperature of the pressure roller, ensuring even thickness of the sheets.

7. Slicer, accurate in material length and quantity.

8. The unwinding stand is equipped with a high-torque motor, allowing for adjustable speed and tension control.

9. Equipped with an automatic meter setter for product length setting.
