1The body is normal without any leaks, the outer skin is intact without any damage, the connection between the ash box and chimney is firm, and the observation holes are visible and normal.

2Inspect the safety accessories of the boiler: Check if the pressure gauge of the Henan hot water boiler indicates correctly, if the water level gauge shows the right readings, if the safety valve is functioning properly, and if the exhaust is unobstructed.

TwoWater System Inspection

1Inspect all components of the automatic watering system and confirm that they are free of any abnormalities to ensure normal operation.

2Remove air from the air vent of the water pump, ensure the pump's switch is in manual mode, and check if the motor's rotation direction is correct.

3All valves at the pump's inlet and outlet will be fully opened.

4Inspect the status of the boiler make-up water valve or electric make-up water valve.

5Inspect the water gauge and observe if the cock is flexible and unobstructed.

6Flush the water level gauge and observe. After closing the cock, check if the water level remains stable. If any abnormal phenomena are detected, immediately inspect the system and the cock for blockages.

7Inspect the check valves and shut-off valves of the automatic water supply system to ensure they are properly opened or closed.

8Before operating the hot water boiler, it is essential to test the automatic water level and protection functions.
