Function: Low-foaming wetting and detergent, free of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO)

Composition: Non-ionic alkoxylate

Appearance: Colorless to faintly yellow transparent liquid

Ionicity: Non-ionic

pH: 6.0-7.0 (10% water solution)

Specific Gravity: approx. 1.0 (at 20°C)

Stability: The product exhibits good stability against acids, bases, metal salts, and oxidizers and reducers, as well as in general concentrations of hard water. It can be used in conjunction with non-ionic, anionic, or cationic products.

This product can withstand low-temperature frost.

Dilution: Can be diluted with tap water in any proportion without forming a gel.

Performance & Applications

Excellent wettability, good emulsifying ability for oils and fats, and extremely high cleaning and rinsing power. Suitable for all fibers.

This product is low foaming below 70°C and free of foam at around 70°C, making it suitable for use in spray machines and overflow dyeing machines. It contains no defoaming agents.

Usage: Varies depending on the application field and the degree of fabric contamination. Generally, the amount used is:

Large Bath Ratio: 0.5-2.0%

Continuous Water Wash: 0.5-2.0 g/L.

Packaging and Storage

200 kg drums, 50 kg plastic drums.

Store and transport in accordance with general chemical handling. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area.

Shelf life: one year.
