Summary】

TRITON®CF-10, with exceptional low-foaming properties, is a liquid, water-soluble non-ionic surfactant supplied at 100% active matter. As a wetting agent, it is particularly suitable for latex paint color paste preparation and other aqueous colorant systems.

【Usage】

Manufacturing Latex Paint: TRITON®CF-10 is a general-purpose wetting agent for latex paint manufacturing. It yields the most benefit from its low-foaming characteristics at temperatures of 100℉ (37.8℃) or higher, which are commonly reached during high-speed pigment dispersion.

In most paint formulations, a dosage of 0.1-0.3% TRITON®CF-10 is sufficient. TRITON®CF-10 acts as a wetting agent when used in conjunction with "Tamol" 731 (25%) pigment dispersant. This mixture demonstrates maximum efficiency with a minimal dosage, showcasing a synergistic effect.

To enhance the water resistance of the coating film, avoid using excessive amounts of TRITON® CF-10 or any other wetting agent.

【Packaging and Storage】

200 kg drums, 50 kg plastic drums, or ton drums packaging.

Store and transport in accordance with general chemical storage and transportation regulations. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area.
