1. Soluble in alcohols, oleic acid, etc., dispersed in water, stable in moderate acidic, alkaline solutions, and in solutions with high electrolyte content, offering excellent emulsifying, wetting, solubilizing, dispersing, and plasticizing properties.

2. Used as an emulsifier, solubilizer, and dispersant in the pharmaceutical industry, as a solubilizer and emulsifier for essential oils in the spice industry, as an emulsifier and cleaner in cosmetics, and also as an emulsifier and wetting agent for pesticides.

Soluble in water with excellent emulsifying and cleaning properties.
