Performance and Applications
1. Widely used in the dyeing industry, serving as a leveling agent for direct,还原, acid, dispersible, and cationic dyes. It can also act as a dispersant and desizer. Typically used at a rate of 0.2-1g/L, it delivers excellent results, enhancing color fastness and providing bright, even coloration. It also removes dirt from dye particles adhered to fabrics, boosts the cleaning power of ABS-Na synthetic detergents, and reduces the fabric's static effect.
2. As a cleaner in metal processing, it is particularly effective in removing surface oil stains, benefiting the subsequent processing steps. It can also serve as a solvent enhancer (brightener).
3. As an emulsifier in the glass fiber industry, it produces a fine and uniform lubricating oil emulsion, reducing the breakage rate of glass fibers, and preventing the occurrence of fraying.
4. In general industry, serves as an o/w emulsifier with excellent emulsifying properties for animal, plant, and mineral oils, resulting in stable emulsions. For example, it is used as a component in the spinning oils for polyester and other synthetic fibers; as an emulsifier in latex and oil drilling fluids; this product has unique emulsifying properties for stearic acid, paraffin, mineral oils, etc.; and it is an emulsifier for high polymer emulsion polymerization.
5. In agriculture, as a seed soaking penetrant, enhances the penetration ability of pesticides and the germination rate of seeds.
