Raw Water Tank: Used for storing raw water in the mineral water production line, it aids in sedimentation of large sand particles and other settleable substances in the water. Additionally, it serves as a buffer against the impact on the water treatment system caused by unstable water pressure in the raw water pipeline (such as the response of pressure sensors due to low or high water pressure).

2. Original Pump: Maintains constant system water pressure and stable water supply volume.

3. Multi-Media Filter: Utilizing a filter with multiple filtration layers, the primary purpose is to remove particles larger than 20um, such as silt, rust, colloidal matter, and suspended solids from the raw water. It can be controlled with manual valves or an automatic controller for backwashing, rinsing, and other operations. Ensures the water quality of the equipment and extends its service life.

4. Activated Carbon Filters: The system employs fruit shell activated carbon filters, which not only adsorb electrolyte ions but also facilitate ion exchange adsorption. Post-activated carbon adsorption, the oxygen demand of permanganate of potassium (COD) is reduced from 15mg/L(O2) to 2-7mg/L(O2). Additionally, due to the increased concentration of adsorbed surface replicates, it also serves as a catalyst, removes colors, odors, a large amount of biochemical organic matter, lowers the residual chlorine content, and eliminates trihalomethanes (THM) and other contaminants in the water. Moreover, the equipment is equipped with an automatic maintenance system, resulting in very low operating costs.

5. Security Filter: The adoption of a security filter removes suspended solids, irregular particles, and colloids from the incoming water, ensuring safer and more reliable operation of subsequent equipment like ultrafiltration systems. The filter core is a 5um melt-blown filter core, which is designed to prevent larger particles than 5um from passing through the upstream filtering unit. This prevents these particles from entering the ultrafiltration unit and damaging the membrane surface, thereby maintaining the membrane's performance.
